02Deal intelligence
From “let’s talk”
to a deal in motion.
Claude recognizes potential deals in your messages. Review the suggestion, then bring the conversation, terms, and people into Deal Desk.
Turn a conversation into a next step.
Claude finds a potential deal in the conversation and shows the source. You decide what belongs on the Deal Desk.
- Claude scans connected messages for opportunities.
- Review the suggestion and its source message.
- Approve the deal to add it to your desk.
Requires your own Anthropic API key. Anthropic bills API usage separately.
The conversation stays attached.
Keep the source, participants, and context.
The next step stays clear.
See the terms, people, and timeline together.
You make the call.
Review suggestions before they become deals.
03People & paperwork
The right people.
Right beside the document.
Keep contact details in your Rolodex. Use them alongside DocuSign inside Merger to prepare the next document with less back-and-forth.
Keep the people beside the paperwork.
Use the deal’s contact details beside your own DocuSign account, prepare the recipients, and review before sending.
- See who is involved in the deal.
- Copy recipient details from the Rolodex into DocuSign.
- Review and send from your own DocuSign account.
Your DocuSign account is separate. You control sending and signing.
Product previews use sample data. Select a video to pause or resume.

How do I get in?
Merger opens to a small group at a time. Join the waitlist and you get a place in the queue and your own referral link; when a seat comes free we email you an invitation that opens checkout. Referring other dealmakers moves you up the list. Nothing is charged while you are waiting, and you only pay if you accept an invitation.
What’s available today?
The current release is the Merger desktop app for Windows: connected messaging, the Deal Desk, Rolodex, and in-app DocuSign. It is an early release, and network availability and individual messaging actions can vary. Other platforms and team plans are not included in this launch.
Do I need a Claude subscription?
Claude features require your own Anthropic API key. Anthropic API usage is billed separately from your Merger subscription; a Claude chat subscription is not an API key. You can use messaging and organize deals manually without enabling Claude features.
Does Merger file deals or send documents automatically?
You review detected deal suggestions before filing them. In DocuSign, you choose a field before inserting a value, or copy and paste it yourself. You control sending and signing inside your own DocuSign account.
Which messaging accounts can I connect?
Use the connection options available in the Windows app. The supported accounts, history coverage, and messaging actions vary by service. Contact support if a particular network is essential to your workflow.
Ask about your workflowCan I use my existing DocuSign account and templates?
Yes. Sign in to your own DocuSign account in the embedded browser. Your Rolodex is beside it for recipient names, emails, and other available details. Copy and paste works as a fallback for fields that do not accept Insert. DocuSign access and any charges are separate from Merger.
What does Merger cost?
Joining the waitlist is free. When you receive and accept an invitation, you can start a 14-day free trial with a card. After the trial, Merger is $50 USD/month, or $480 USD/year with annual billing (save 20%), plus applicable tax. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid a charge. Alpha members keep $50/month for life. When Merger leaves alpha and the price rises, your rate stays at $50 for as long as your membership stays active. Anthropic API usage and DocuSign are separate.
